Voids Supervisor - Social Housing

£27 - £28 per hour | Temp to Perm | West London

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a leading social housing contractor on a temp-to-perm basis.

Covering West & Central London, including areas around Hyde Park, you'll oversee void property refurbishments, managing trades and subcontractors to ensure works are completed on time, to a high standard and ready for re-let.

Requirements:

• Experience supervising voids within social housing/property maintenance

• Strong knowledge of refurbishment works

• Experience managing trades and subcontractors

• Good understanding of H&S and quality standards

• Full UK driving licence preferred

• Relevant supervisory qualifications
