Job Title: Planning consultant

Salary: £32-55k (Depending on Experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Planning consultant to join a well-established organisation based in Cornwall (or exeter). Key Responsibilities:
andmiddot;Lead and manage a variety of planning projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors.
andmiddot;Provide expert advice and guidance on planning policy and applications.
andmiddot;Liaise effectively with clients, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
andmiddot;Prepare and submit planning applications and supporting documentation.
andmiddot;Mentor junior team members where appropriate.

Requirements:
andmiddot;A minimum of 2 years' experience in a planning-related role.
andmiddot;Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (MRTPI) or working towards Chartership.
andmiddot;Strong knowledge of UK planning legislation and procedures.
andmiddot;Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
