The Role As a Senior Interior Designer, you'll play a key role in leading the design process and shaping outstanding workplace environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing creative workplace design concepts from brief through to completion
- Leading client presentations and workshops
- Producing mood boards, concept designs, FF&E specifications, and detailed design packages
- Coordinating with project managers, consultants, and technical teams
- Mentoring and supporting junior designers
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Staying ahead of workplace design trends, materials, and innovations
- Proven experience as a Senior Interior Designer within workplace, commercial office, or corporate interiors
- Strong conceptual and technical design abilities
- Excellent presentation and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
- Experience delivering projects from concept through to completion
- Strong FF&E specification knowledge
- Ability to lead projects independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams
- Degree-qualified in Interior Design or a related discipline
- Salary of £70,000 - £80,000
