Job Description
IMH Recruitment are seeking an experienced Retrofit Assessor to join our reputable client working on a social housing contract across the region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out retrofit assessments on domestic properties in line with PAS 2035 requirements.
- Conduct property surveys and gather all relevant data.
- Identify energy efficiency improvement measures.
- Produce accurate assessment reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with retrofit coordinators, site teams, and clients.
- Ensure all work complies with current industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Qualified Retrofit Assessor (Level 3 Domestic Energy Assessor/Retrofit Assessor qualification).
- Experience working within social housing is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of PAS 2035 and retrofit processes.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
