Experienced and professional Multi Task Plumber required to work with a leading and highly reputable organisation.
My client requires an experienced Multi Task Plumber to join their repairs team, carrying out plumbing repairs and a range of multi-skilled works across social housing properties in Northampton.
Location: Northampton
Pay: -20.00 per hour (CIS or Umbrella)
Hours: Full-time
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 3 months (ongoing)
Multi Task Plumber
Carry out plumbing-related repairs within social housing properties, ensuring excellent workmanship and customer service.
Undertake a wide range of multi-skilled repairs as part of the role.
Complete responsive repairs efficiently and to a high standard.
Diagnose faults and carry out appropriate remedial works.
Work within occupied properties while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota and undertake emergency repairs when required.
Complete all works in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
Use PDA technology and IT systems to record and update completed works.
