Salary: £45,000 - £65,000+ DOE
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm

THE ROLE
This is a hands-on Panel Beater / Panel Technician position where you will be trusted to complete quality repairs from initial strip through to final fit. You will work on accident-damaged vehicles, using your technical knowledge and repair skills to return vehicles to a high standard.

You will be responsible for:
andmiddot;Completing Full Strip & Fit on accident-damaged vehicles
andmiddot;Carrying out structural and cosmetic body repairs
andmiddot;Removing and refitting panels, trims and vehicle components
andmiddot;Repairing and replacing damaged body panels
andmiddot;Carrying out panel alignment and adjustment
andmiddot;Assessing vehicle damage and selecting the correct repair method
andmiddot;Using professional body repair tools and equipment
andmiddot;Completing repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

ABOUT YOU
You will be an experienced Panel Beater / Panel Technician who takes pride in producing quality repairs and is confident working independently on a range of accident-damaged vehicles.

You should have:
andmiddot;Recognised apprenticeship or Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Body Repair (NVQ / IMI / SVQ / ATA), with ongoing commitment to continuous professional development
andmiddot;Proven experience as a Panel Beater, Panel Technician or Vehicle Body Repair Technician
andmiddot;Strong Full Strip & Fit experience - essential
andmiddot;Good knowledge of modern vehicle body repair techniques
andmiddot;Experience with panel replacement, repair, alignment and refitting
andmiddot;Ability to work efficiently without compromising repair quality
andmiddot;Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
andmiddot;Reliable, professional and committed approach to your work
