CCS Homecare Services is looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Support Manager to support the delivery of safe, person-centred and high-quality Supported Living services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting service managers, strengthening standards and helping people receive support that promotes wellbeing and independence.-

The role-

Working closely with service managers and operational teams, you will help maintain effective, compliant and well-organised services while driving continuous improvement.-

  • Oversee person-centred care and service delivery, supporting the physical and mental wellbeing of people using our services.-

  • Support the development, implementation and review of care plans and risk assessments.-

  • Monitor service standards, organisational compliance and key performance indicators.-

  • Support managers with day-to-day operational and service delivery requirements.-

  • Oversee staff schedules and operational resources to support effective delivery.-

  • Promote compliance with safeguarding, health and safety and regulatory requirements.-

  • Support internal audits and external compliance reviews.-

  • Maintain effective communication with service users, staff, managers and relevant stakeholders.-

  • Identify and implement improvements in operational processes, care delivery and service quality.-

About you-

  • Experience working in a health and social care environment.-

  • Experience supervising and managing staff.-

  • Excellent knowledge of adult social care standards, safeguarding and health and safety.-

  • Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills.-

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-

  • A proactive, collaborative and improvement-focused approach.-

  • Flexibility to work in line with operational needs, including between 6am and 10pm on any day of the week when required.-

Qualification: RQF Level 3 or an equivalent health-related qualification is preferred. Applicants without this qualification must be willing to enrol on Level 3 within the first six months.-

Travel: A valid driving licence and use of your own car are desirable.-
