The Role:
As an Operations Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of our security services, assisting with scheduling, administration, client communication and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations team with daily administrative duties
- Assist with scheduling officers, mobile patrols and shift coverage
- Liaise with clients, staff and subcontractors professionally and efficiently
- Monitor and respond to emails, telephone calls and operational enquiries
- Prepare and issue reports, incident logs and client documentation
- Support with staff onboarding, compliance checks and record keeping
- Assist in maintaining accurate operational records and databases
- Help coordinate response to client requests and support service delivery
- Provide general office and administrative support to the management team
- Support the wider team in ensuring service standards and client expectations are met
We are looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients and colleagues
- Able to prioritise workload and work under pressure
- Proactive, dependable and solutions-focused
- Professional with a strong customer service mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and office systems
- Previous administration or operations experience preferred
- Experience within the security sector is advantageous but not essential
