Pay Rate: £110 - £120
We are currently recruiting a dedicated and supportive Learning Support Assistant to join a college in Loughton, supporting young people with their learning, development and day-to-day access to education.
The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support to learners, helping them access lessons, develop confidence and become more independent.

- EHCPs and individual support plans
- Communication and learning difficulties
- Classroom engagement and participation
- Developing independence and life skills
- Positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Previous experience working as an LSA, Teaching Assistant or similar support role within a school or college
- Experience supporting learners with SEND/additional needs
- A caring, patient and encouraging approach
