Description

We have a vacancy for an experienced HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic to join a busy HGV workshop in Wednesbury.

HGV Technician Shift Pattern

Days, flexible (45 hours per week)

HGV Technician Salary = £49,140 per year (£21 per hour)

The HGV Technician Role

• Diagnose, service and repair trucks, trailers and heavy commercial vehicles
• Find and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults
• Carry out inspections, safety checks and MOT preparation
• Complete job cards and workshop records accurately

HGV Technician Requirements

• HGV NVQ Level 3 qualification (Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair)
• IRTEC licence
• Truck and trailer experience as an HGV Technician or HGV Mechanic
