Up to £65,000 + Car / Allowance + Package

Home-Based | North West / Yorkshire | Telecoms Infrastructure

A regional Health and Safety Manager role with an established telecoms infrastructure provider, covering high-risk construction and civil engineering works across the North West and Yorkshire.

This is a home-based position with travel across multiple sites, offering a mix of site, home and office working. You'll support operational teams, subcontractors and client representatives while managing a small team of regional SHEQ Advisors.

The role would suit someone who enjoys being visible across sites, leading practical safety improvements and supporting teams across a busy infrastructure environment.

The Role

  • Lead Health and Safety across telecoms, construction and civil engineering projects

  • Manage and support a small team of regional SHEQ Advisors

  • Work closely with operational teams, subcontractors and client representatives

  • Carry out site audits, inspections and assurance visits

  • Review risk controls, safe systems of work and site documentation

  • Support high-risk activity across live infrastructure environments

  • Lead or support incident investigations and corrective actions

  • Monitor Health and Safety performance, trends and action close-out

  • Support environmental performance and operational standards across the region

About You

  • Experience in a Health and Safety Manager, Senior Advisor or similar regional role

  • Background within telecoms, utilities, civil engineering, construction or infrastructure

  • NEBOSH qualification or equivalent as a minimum

  • Confidence working with operational teams, subcontractors and clients

  • Practical, solution-focused approach
