Location: Doncaster
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 8:30am-5:00pm, office-based

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Administrator to join their stable and friendly team in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to start or develop a career within accounts and administration. Full training and support will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate who is keen to learn and develop their skills within a professional business environment.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, be self-motivated, willing to learn and able to work effectively as part of a team.

The position has become available following the retirement of a long-standing member of the team, highlighting the stability and supportive environment within the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare delivery notes, scan documentation and complete the daily invoicing process.

  • Process credit notes.

  • Prepare the weekly payment run and payment reports.

  • Provide general administration and accounts support when required.

  • Assist with credit limits and customer or sales team account queries.

  • Update Sage accounting systems on a daily basis.

  • Prepare and process supplier payments.

  • Complete the weekly cash book.

  • Analyse and update sales information.

  • Reconcile bank accounts and Sage accounts on a monthly basis.

  • Create recharge invoices for inter-company transactions.

  • Provide additional administrative and accounts support to the team as required.
