Job Role: CNC Turner

Location: Bolton

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Metalis are working with a well established business in Bolton, who are looking for a CNC Turner to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Set, operate and program CNC lathes
• Read and work from engineering drawings
• Work across a wide variety of batch sizes, from one-offs through to large production runs
• Ensure quality and accuracy by following ISO and company safety standards
• Report any issues to management
• Produce precision plastic parts and components

Job Requirements:

• CNC Turning experience
• Manual Turning experience (preferred)
• Able to set, operate and program
• Able to read and work from engineering drawings
• Experience working with Fanuc and/or Haas
• Experience working with engineered plastics (preferred)

Salary, Shift & Benefits:

• £36,000 - £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm & Friday - 8am - 3.30pm
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Training and support in engineered plastics machining
• Overtime when available (paid at time and a half)
